Square is a security companion app available in Nigeria that enables users to report incidents and trigger SOS alerts to their emergency contacts. The app operates on iOS and Android devices and is designed to enhance personal safety.

3. Eligibility

• You must be at least 13 years old to use Square.
• By using the app, you confirm you are a resident of Nigeria and agree to comply with all applicable Nigerian laws, including the Nigeria Data Protection Regulation (NDPR).

4. Account Registration

• To use certain features (e.g., SOS alerts), you may need to create an account with a valid email address and phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

5. Payment and Subscription

• Square offers a free version with core features (incident reporting and SOS alerts).
• Optional premium features (e.g., advanced analytics, priority support) are available through a subscription plan. Prices are listed in Nigerian Naira (NGN) and subject to change.
• Payments are processed via third-party payment providers, and all transactions are subject to their terms.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions through your device settings.

6. Use of the App

You may use Square for personal safety purposes only, as intended.

You agree not to:

• Use the app for illegal activities or to harass others.
• Submit false incident reports or misuse the SOS feature.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app’s code.

Square may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms.
